If you’re a Clearent merchant, taking your self-assessment questionnaire(s) is as easy as logging into Compass, Clearent’s suite of proprietary online management tools. Complete the questionnaire(s) that best describes the way you process payments. If you do not currently process your payment card transactions with Clearent or need help accessing Compass, call 866.435.0666.

Once Clearent receives your completed questionnaire(s), you will be notified immediately of your compliance status. If your business does not appear to be in compliance based on the answers you provided, Clearent can provide the support needed to help bring your business into compliance.
