Dan Geraty, Chief Executive Officer
Dan has over 15 years of senior executive experience in start-ups and established companies. He was most recently the President and COO of Dynamicsoft, a
venture-backed, network software and systems company that he helped grow from $0 to $30 million in revenue before selling the company to Cisco in 2004.
Larry Bouchard, Senior Vice President of Business Development
Larry has spent 35 years in sales, marketing and product management in the payments industry with First USA, Paymentech, National Processing Company, and Bank of America. He has also held positions on the Visa Acquirers Board and the MasterCard Acquirers Council.
Teri Koenke, Director of Marketing
Teri has more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry. Prior to working with Clearent, she served as VP of Marketing and Sales for the STAR® Network, Concord EFS and First Data Corporation. She also served in sales and sales management roles with the Magic Line network and Michigan National Bank.
Jim Messina, Senior Vice President of Sales
Jim has 17 years of experience helping sales and service-driven organizations maximize their customer experience. As VP of Sales for Maritz Learning, Jim worked with companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Procter and Gamble, Anheuser-Busch, and Bank of America.
Mark Peck, Senior Vice President of Technical Operations
Mark has over 15 years of experience in both start-ups and established companies in the transportation, telecommunications and payments industries. Prior to joining Clearent, he was a Senior Product Manager at Cisco Systems, as part of their broadband multimedia communications product group.
Jeff Zimmerman, Vice President of Product Management
Jeff has over 12 years of experience in product management and finance in the financial services, software and web-based service industries. Most recently he was VP of Product Management for Network Solutions. Jeff was also the product management lead for Quicken while working at Intuit.
