Our Board of Directors includes some of the most respected names in the payments industry, including the former Chairman of the Board of MasterCard, the founder of the STAR Network, and the former CFO of Paymentech. When it comes to leadership, vision and experience, our Board sets the standard.

Norm Tice

Board Member

With over 40 years of experience in the banking and credit card industries, Norm served on the MasterCard board for 17 years, including three years as the Chairman of the Board.

Ron Congemi

Board Member

Ron has been in the payments industry for over 30 years. The founder and CEO of Star Systems, Inc. which grew to become the nation’s largest ATM and PIN-secured debit network, Ron has held senior positions with First Data, Visa International and Texas Commerce Bank.

Miles Kilburn

Board Member

An active investor with more than 15 years of experience in the payments industry, Miles was most recently the EVP of Strategy at Concord EFS prior to its $7 billion sale to First Data.

Kevin Haar

Board Member

A software industry executive with a background in product management, finance and marketing, Kevin brings a wealth of experience in successfully building companies. Prior to taking on his current role as president and CEO of Appistry, he spent 17 years at Rational Software.

David Truetzel

Board Member

David is an accomplished executive in the payments industry with more than 20 years experience in corporate management and finance with companies such as Paymentech and PaylinX. Currently he is a principal with Augury Capital Partners.

Paul Tice

Board Member

Paul is the Chief Investment Officer of Argos Partners, LLC. He has extensive investment experience in wealth management and private equity, including direct operational oversight of portfolio companies.

Brooks Terrell

Advisor

Brooks is the former Chief Technology Officer of Heartland Payment Systems where he developed front- and back-end payment systems. He has also served as a consultant with companies such as eFunds and CardSystems, Inc.

Dan Geraty

CEO

Dan has 15 years of senior executive experience in both start-ups and established companies. He was most recently the President and COO of Dynamicsoft, a venture-backed network software and systems company that was purchased by Cisco Systems in 2004.
