Kevin Haar

Board Member

A software industry executive with a background in product management, finance and marketing, Kevin brings a wealth of experience in successfully building companies. Prior to taking on his current role as president and CEO of Appistry, he spent 17 years at Rational Software.

Miles Kilburn

Board Member

An active investor with more than 15 years of experience in the payments industry, Miles was most recently the EVP of Strategy at Concord EFS prior to its $7 billion sale to First Data.

Norm Tice

Board Member

With over 40 years of experience in the banking and credit card industries, Norm served on the MasterCard board for 17 years, including three years as the Chairman of the Board.

Paul Tice

Board Member

Paul is the Chief Investment Officer of Argos Investment Advisors, LLC. He has extensive investment experience in wealth management and private equity, including direct operational oversight of portfolio companies.

David Truetzel

Board Member

David is an accomplished executive in the payments industry with more than 20 years experience in corporate management and finance with companies such as Paymentech and PaylinX. Currently he is a principal with Augury Capital Partners.

Chris Winship

Board Member

Chris is a General Partner at FTV Capital and has over 15 years of private growth company investing experience. His primary areas of investment focus are in payments and transaction processing, business services and outsourcing, and SAAS/software industries. Chris currently sits on the Board of Directors of Vindicia, CardConnect, CashStar, Credorax, and Empyrean. Previously, Chris served on the Boards or as a Board observer at MedSynergies (acquired by Optum), Verus (acquired by Sage), Symbio (acquired) and several other FTV portfolio companies.  Prior to joining FTV Capital, Chris was an Investment Banker in Salomon Smith Barney’s media and telecommunications group. Chris received a BA, government major, from Dartmouth College.

Dan Geraty

Dan has 15 years of senior executive experience in both start-ups and established companies. He was most recently the President and COO of Dynamicsoft, a venture-backed network software and systems company that was purchased by Cisco Systems in 2004.
